ในกรณีที่คู่สัญญษฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งประสงค์จะยกเลิกสัญาก่อนระยะเวลาตามสัญญาจ้างนี้โดยมิได้เกิดจากความผิดของคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใด จะต้องแจ้งให้คู่สัญญษอีกฝ่ายหนึ่งทราบล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วัน
