โดยแก้ไขให้ Valid To เป็นวันก่อนหน้าของวันที่ส่งสินค้าในเอกสารการขายใบนั้น 1 วัน แล้วสร้างใบเสนอราคาใบใหม่ โดยมีราคาใหม่ที่ Valid From มีผลเริ่มต้นในวันที่ส่งสินค้าในเอกสารการขายซึ่งได้ใช้ราคาเดิมไปแล้ว ดังนี้
