งานวันวีรกรรมทหารเรือไทย ในยุทธนาวีที่เกาะช้าง








จัดขึ้นวันที่ 17 มกราคม ถึงวันที่ 21 หรือ 23 มกราคม บริเวณอำเภอแหลมงอบและเกาะช้าง จัดขึ้นเพื่อระลึกถึงการทำยุทธนาวีของกองทัพเรือไทยกับกองทัพเรือฝรั่งเศสเมื่อวันที่ 17 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2548 และ มีการอุทิศส่วนกุศลให้แก่ทหารเรือไทยที่ได้สละชีพ ปกป้องแผ่นดินไทยในครั้งนั้น ภายในงานมีการแสดงนิทรรศการของกองทัพเรือ ตลอดค่ำมีการแสดงดนตรี พิธีลอยพวงมาลา การออกร้านงานกาชาด มหรสพอื่นๆ มีการออกร้าน 1 ตำบล 1ผลิตภัณฑ์ของจังหวัดตราดและการจำหน่ายสินค้าราคาถูก คุณภาพดี

จัดขึ้นวันที่ 23-27 มีนาคม ของทุกปี ที่บริเวณหน้าศาลากลางจังหวัดเพื่อรำลึกถึงเหตุการณ์ในประวัติศาสตร์ครั้ง สำคัญ ที่ฝรั่งเศสเข้ายึดครองเมืองตราด พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทรงดำเนิน วิเทโศบายทางการเมืองระหว่างประเทศด้วยพระปรีชาสามารถ จนในที่สุด ฝรั่งเศสยอมทำสัญญายกเมืองตราดคืนให้แก่ประเทศไทย เมื่อวันที่ 23 มีนาคม2449
ใน งานจะมีริ้วขบวนเทิดพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว จัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับประวัติศาสตร์เมืองตราด การประกวดสุนัขพันธุ์ไทยหลังอาน การจำหน่วยสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์การเกษตร การแสดง วัฒนธรรมพื้นบ้าน และความบันเทิงอีกหลายรูปแบบที่น่าสนใจคือการแข่งขันปรุงอาหารพื้นบ้าน งานจะคึกคักไปจนค่ำ

จัดขึ้นประมาณปลายเดือนพฤษภาคม หรือต้นเดือนมิถุนายน บริเวณสนามหน้าศาลากลางจังหวัด ภายในงานมีการจัดนิทรรศการ และจำหน่ายสินค้า ผลิตภัณฑ์การเกษตรมีการประกวดผลไม้ต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะระกำหวาน และมีการแสดงมหรสพตลอดงาน
พลอย แดงของจังหวัดตราด อำเภอบ่อไร่เป็นแหล่งของพลอยแดงน้ำงาม ที่มีชื่อเสียงโด่งดังในนาม "ทับทิมสยาม" แต่ปัจจุบันแร่พลอยเริ่มหมดไป ทับทิมสยามจึงกลายเป็นสิ่งที่หายาก
งอบ น้ำเชี่ยวเป็นหัตถกรรมพื้นบ้านของชาวชุมชนน้ำเชี่ยว สืบทอดกันมานาน มีแหล่งผลิตและจำหน่ายอยู่ที่ชุมชนน้ำเชี่ยว ตำบลน้ำเชี่ยว อำเภอแหลมงอบ
ระกำหวาน ตราด มีผลไม้หลากหลายชนิด แต่ผลไม้ที่มีชื่อที่สุดของตราดคือ "ระกำหวาน" ระกำหวานของตราด เป็นระกำที่มีรสชาติหวานหอมเมื่อแก่จัดเป็นที่นิยมของนักบริโภคระกำมาก
