3. ความสำคัญของงาน (Task Significance) คือ การกระตุ้นให้พนักงานเห็นว่างานมีความสำคัญ มีคุณค่า ซึ่งตัวงานจะทำให้เกิดแรงจูงใจในการทำงานมากขึ้น ช่วยให้พนักงานเห็นความสำคัญของตนเอง
