From my opinion i think skill audit is very important and necessary for everyone who want to achieve success in their work or study. It's very helpful that you know clearly about your skills. Because nowadays every organisation require staff with several skills. If you don't know about your strengths and weaknesses in certain skill, you will unable to plan your improve strategy and you will not be highly assess with that skill. This Skill Audit is how you making yourself better to gain a better result in your career.
