2.1 ชำระเงินล่วงหน้าจำนวน 40 % ของมูลค่าตามสัญญา เป็นเงินจำนวน 23,688 บาท
(สองหมื่นสามพันหกร้อยแปดสิบแปดบาทถ้วน) โดยชำระ ในวันที่ผู้ว่าจ้างตกลง ลงนามในสัญญาฉบับนี้
2.2 ผู้รับจ้างจะทำการติดตั้งระบบ MATV และ ทำการส่งมอบงาน ให้แก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง ณ หน่วยงานของท่าน และหากปรากฏข้อบกพร่องอย่างใดๆแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องแจ้งเหตุดังกล่าวให้แก่ผู้รับจ้างทราบเพื่อแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องด้งกล่าวให้
2.3 หลังจากมีการเซ็นตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างจะทำการชำระเงินสินจ้างในส่วนที่เหลือ 35,532 บาท (สามหมื่นห้าพันห้าร้อยสามสิบสองบาทถ้วน) ให้ผู้รับจ้างตามสัญญาฉบับนี้

ข้อ 3.การแก้ไขหรือทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสัญญาบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดในตอนหนึ่งตอนใดนั้นให้
คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายลงนามกำกับในส่วนที่มีการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลง จึงถือว่าการแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงนั้นมีผลผูกพันคู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่าย

เนื่องจากการปฏิบัติผิดสัญญา
ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างปฏิบัติผิดสัญญาโดยไม่ชำระเงินให้ครบตามกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวมาข้างต้น
ผู้ว่าจ้างยินยอมที่จะให้ผู้รับจ้างทำการคิดดอกเบี้ยตั้งแต่วันที่ทำการส่งมอบงานจนถึง
วันที่ผู้รับจ้างได้รับการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว และหากผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิเรียกค่าเสียหายได้

ข้อ 4. ในกรณีที่มีการบอกเลิกสัญญาไม่ว่าเพราะมีเหตุจากการปฏิบัติผิดสัญญาหรือคู่สัญญาประสงค์
เลิกสัญญาเองให้ทำการบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า......................วัน

ข้อ 6. การเก็บความลับให้ถือสัญญานี้รวมทั้งใบเสนอราคา ข้อกำหนดเฉพาะและข้อมูลอื่นๆที่
เกี่ยวกับธุรกิจของทั้งสองฝ่ายให้ถือเป็นความลับทั้งสองฝ่าย
