ทั้งนี้ สืบเนื่องจากเมื่อเวลา 18.00 น.วันที่ 23 ธันวาคม 2558 ที่ผ่านมา เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจ สภ.กมลาไสย จ.กาฬสินธุ์ ได้รับแจ้งเหตุทำร้ายร่างกาย และกระทำอนาจาร โดยคนร้ายขี่รถจักรยานยนต์ตามประกบเด็กนักเรียนหญิงแล้วถีบรถจักรยานยนต์ลงข้างทาง บริเวณถนนสายบ้านสีถาน-บ้านโนนเมือง ม.8 ต.ดงลิง อ.กมลาไสย จ.กาฬสินธุ์ จากนั้นใช้กำลังฉุดเด็กนักเรียนลงไปทุ่งนาเพื่อทำอนาจารและพยายามข่มขืน แต่เด็กนักเรียนต่อสู้จึงถูกทำร้ายร่างกายจนได้รับบาดเจ็บ ซึ่งญาติได้นำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาล
