คนต่างด้าวที่เดินทางมาจากประเทศเขตติดโรคไข้เหลืองจะต้องแสดง “เอกสารระหว่างประเทศรับรองการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไข้เหลือง” (International Health Certificate on Yellow Fever Vaccination) ในการยื่นคำร้องขอรับการตรวจลงตรา ณ สถานเอกอัครราชทูต/สถานกงสุลใหญ่ รวมทั้งจะต้องแสดงเอกสารดังกล่าวต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจคนเข้าเมืองเมื่อเดินทางถึงประเทศไทย จึงจะได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าประเทศได้
