บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้ห้องสุขาของนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา ประชากรคือนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา ปีการศึกษา 2557 โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 350 คน เครื่องมือใช้แบบสอบถาม สถิติค่าร้อยละและค่าเฉลี่ย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS
ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง เป็นระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพร้อยละ 60.30 และเป็นนักเรียนผลัดที่ 1 ร้อยละ 69.40 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า ความพึงพอใจในการใช้ห้องสุขาของนักเรียนนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนา ปีการศึกษา 2557 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.37 โดยมีความพึงพอใจในระดับปานกลางเพียงข้อเดียว ได้แก่ แสงสว่างบริเวณห้องน้ำ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.59
เมื่อเปรียบเทียบด้านเพศ เพศชายและเพศหญิง มีความพึงพอใจในการใช้ห้องสุขาภายในวิทยาลัยพณิชยการบางนาไม่แตกต่าง โดยมีระดับความพึงพอใจน้อยทั้ง 2 เพศ และการเปรียบเทียบทางด้านผลัดการเรียน ระดับความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่าง โดยมีความพึงพอใจระดับน้อยทั้ง 2 ผลัด
