7.1.1 ในกรณีที่ลักษณะของงานจำเป็นต้องทำติดต่อกันไป ถ้าหยุดจะเสียหายแก่งาน หรือเป็นงานฉุกเฉิน โดยจะหยุดเสียมิได้ บริษัทฯ โดยประธานบริษัท หรือผู้ที่ได้รับมอบหมายอาจจะสั่งพนักงานคนใดคนหนึ่งหรือหลายคน หรือทั้งหมด ให้ทำงานเกินเวลาทำงานปกติตามความในหมวดที่ 4 หรือมาทำงานวันหยุดตามหมวดที่ 6 ได้ ทั้งนี้โดยได้รับคำยินยอมจากพนักงาน
