• เปลี่ยน forklifts ให้เป็นแบบ แบตเตอร์รี่ เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนของพลังงาน
• ควรมีการจ้างผู้เชี่ยวชาญเข้ามาเพื่อทำการ Demand forecasting เนื่องจากที่ทางบริษัททำDemand Forecast อยู่ตอนนี้ไม่ตรงตามความทำนายซึ่งไม่ตรงตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ จึงเกิดปัญหาสินค้าขาดแคลน เนื่องจากไม่มีการเตรียม supply ที่มากพอ
• ปัจจุบันทางบริษัทใช้แรงงานคนในการใส่บรรจุภัณฑ์ จึงควรมีการซื้อเครื่องจักรเพื่อชั่งน้ำหนักและใส่บรรจุภัณฑ์อัตโนมัติ เพื่อลด Lead time จากเดิมที่การผลิตอยู่ที่ 18 ชั่วโมงและ เพิ่ม Economy of Scale ทั้งยังลดต้นทุนในการใช้กำลังแรงงานคน
