(3) ผู้ขี่ หรือควบคุมสัตว์ ต้องบังคับสัตว์ให้หยุดชิดทางแต่ห้ามหยุดในทางร่วม ทางแยก
การปฏิบัติตาม (2) และ (3) ผู้ขับขี่ผู้ขี่ หรือควบคุมสัตว์ต้องรีบกระทำโดยเร็วที่สุดเท่าที่จะกระทำได้ และต้องใช้ความระมัดระวังตามควรแก่กรณี

7. ห้ามขับรถเข้าเขตปลอดภัยเว้นแต่กรณีจำเป็นและได้รับ อนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่
8. ขณะขับรถผู้ขับขี่ต้องมีใบอนุญาตขับรถและสำเนาภาพถ่ายคู่มือจดทะเบียนรถติดตัวไว้เสมอ
9. เมื่อผู้ขับขี่ได้รับใบลั่งของเจ้าหนักงานจะต้องไปรายงานตัวต่อพนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่ภายใน 7 วัน และให้ถือใบสั่งเป็นใบอนุญาตขับขี่ชั่วคราว ภายในระยะเวลาดังกล่าว
