With reference to your quotation, we are interested in your price so we would like to establish and obtain the best possible price for the complete duration of the Bundled II project.
As mentioned in our RFQ, the total platforms consist of 12 confirmed and 13 optional platforms, for which the procurement activities will be conducted based on each phases upon receive the “Notice To Proceed” from our client.

Hence, for the best interest of both parties, we seek your kind understanding to support TNS by providing your best price as follows:-


i) To maintain the unit price for 12 confirmed platforms.
ii) To provide discount index for each “Optional platform” order quantity for the respective year (see attached sample)
iii) To provide the price index (escalation) in case of unit price cannot be maintain for the total duration period of the project.
ix) OR if the price can be maintain for 12 platforms, please provide the flat discount rate for the balance 13 optional platforms
