ข้อ 1. ผู้รับจ้างยอมอุทิศเวลาทั้งหมดให้แก่การสมัครงานในหน้าที่ตามสัญญานี้ ให้บังเกิดผลดีที่สุดตามความรู้ความสามารถของผู้รับจ้างและผู้รับจ้างจะละเว้นการรับจ้างทำงานหรือประกอบอาชีพอื่นใดตลอดอายุสัญญานี้
