หากเป็นผู้นำที่ดี ต้องมีความมั่นใจเป็นอันดับแรก เพราะสิ่งสำคัญในการเป็นผู้นำนั้น ต้องมาจากความมั่นใจ และต้องเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง จึงแสดงออกมาให้กับคนอื่น และเมื่อเรามีความมั่นใจ สิ่งนี้จะส่งผลให้กับบุคคลรอบข้าง ที่เราจะเป็นผู้นำให้กับพวกเขาได้ เช่น เมื่อเรามีความมั่นใจในการทำงาน หรือนำเสนองาน คนฟังจะตั้งใจ และสนใจในสิ่งที่เรากำลังทำได้ดีกว่าการขาดความมั่นใจ
