เรื่อง ปรับเปลี่ยนเส้นทางเดินรถเข้า-ออกอาคารเป็นทางเดียว
เรียน ท่านเจ้าของร่วมฯ และผู้พักอาศัยทุกท่านทราบ
ทางฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฯ จะดำเนินการปรับลดพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัย (ทั้งกะเช้า - กะดึก)
ซึ่งเดิมมี 7 อัตรา ลดลงเหลือ 5 อัตรา จุดประสงค์เพื่อประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ทั้งนี้
ฝ่ายบริหารจัดการฯจะดำเนินการปรับเปลี่ยนเส้นทางเดินรถการเข้า - ออกอาคาร A และ B ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนดังนี้
• ปิดทางออกป้อม A อย่างถาวร
• กำหนดทางเข้า- ออกอาคาร A และ B โดยใช้ทางเข้า-ออกอาคาร B เท่านั้น
จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบ และปฏิบัติตามแผนผังที่ระบุไว้
มีผลบังคับใช้ ณ วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2558
