ข้อ 17 ประกาศนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับเมื่อพ้นกำหนดหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันนับแต่วันถัดจากวัน
ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาเป็นต้นไป
