ประธานฯ ได้แถลงให้ที่ประชุมทราบว่า ตามที่ได้รับอนุมัติจากที่ประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ประจำปี 2558 เมื่อวันที่ 27 เมษายน 2558 ซึ่งมีมติให้ประกาศจ่ายเงินปันผลประจำปีให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคนโดยรวมเป็นเงินจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 300,000,007.50 บาท (สามร้อยล้านเจ็ดบาทห้าสิบสตางค์) โดยให้จ่ายเงินปันผลภายในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2558 อย่าไรก็ตามในระหว่างรอจ่ายเงินปันผลดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ มีแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อขยายกิจการ ซึ่งจำเป็นต้องใช้เงินทุนหมุนเวียนเป็นจำนวนมาก ดังนั้นเพื่อไม่ให้บริษัทฯ ขาดสภาพคล่องทางการเงิน จึงเห็นสมควรให้พิจารณายกเลิกมติการจ่ายเงินปันผลดังกล่าว ประธานฯ จึงได้ขอให้ที่ประชุมพิจารณา

ที่ประชุมพิจารณาแล้ว มีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์อนุมัติดังนี้
