ร้านกาแฟ - โครงการนี้ เป็นการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง โดย เจ้าของเป็นคนจัดซื้อเอง ทางผู้รับเหมาคิดแต่ค่าแรง
ข้อดีคือเจ้าของสามารถคุมงบประมาณด้วยตนเอง
ข้อเสียคือ เมื่อผู้รับเหมาจ้างทำของ และเมื่อของนั้นเกิดความเสียหาย ไม่มีการ ซ่อมบำรุงภายหลัง เพราะเนื่องจากของที่สั่งไม่อยู่ภายใต้สัญญาทางผู้รับเหมา และผู้รับเหมาไม่สามารถ การันตี การซ่อมบำรุงในอนาคตได้เพราะวัสดุไม่ได้มาจากผู้รับเหมาโดยตรง
