การขาดงาน หมายถึง การหยุดงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุมัติจากผู้บังคับบัญชา หรือการหยุดงานโดยไม่มีเหตุอันควร และ/หรือการหยุดงานโดยมิได้ยื่นใบลาต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาในวันแรกที่กลับเข้ามาทำงาน
