It has come to my attention that certain CS staff are directly speaking to customers informing them about the. Internal changes to persons handling their accounts.
Some customers have raised concerns with Vertical managers due to. The confusing nature of the information being passed to them.
Please instruct your respective teams to not do this.A formal email will be sent out to all concerned customers by the respective KAM managers.
I would like to hold an urgent. Meeting with you and the employees moving departments.
Please advise if 11 am is OK. Shall advise the meeting room accordingly.
