ผู้เช่าจะเปิดดำเนินกิจการตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ได้ระบุไว้ในสัญญาเช่านี้ตลอดเวลาแลเปิดดำเนินกิจการเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 10 ชั่วโมง ต่อวันทำการที่อาคารศูนย์การค้าเปิดดำเนินการ(หรือตามที่ตกลงเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรกับผู้ให้เช่า) โดยจะประกอบกิจการดังกล่าวติดต่อกันไปตลอดระยะเวลาเช่าไม่มีวันหยุด เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าก่อน
