การเก็บข้อมูลในการวิจัยนี้ จะเป็นแบบ convenience sampling ได้แบ่งลักษณะของการเก็บข้อมูลในการศึกษาเป็น 2 แบบ
Primary Data ได้จากการตอบแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 50 คน โดยมีขั้นตอน ดังนี้
แจกแบบสอบถามจำนวน 50 ชุด ผ่านออนไลน์ Google Form มีผู้ตอบรับ 27 คน จากนั้นจึงใช้การแจกแบบสอบถามสำหรับผู้ที่ใช้บริการ Amazon in the UK
ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรวบรวมแบบสอบถาม อยู่ในช่วง 21/03/2016-11/04/2016
