หากเป็นไปได้ ราคาดีกว่า ผมก็จะแนะนำให้กับ CRCC เพื่อใส่ไว้ในรายงานและราคา Bankable feasibility study (BFS) ซึ่งตามแผนงาน CRCC ต้องทำ BFS ให้แล้วเสร็จไม่เกินกลางเดือน ธันวาคมนี้

สำหรับการก่อสร้างจะเริ่มได้ประมาณปลายปี 2015 ครับ
