คุณสมบัติ
• การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี-โท สาขาวิชา การเงิน / บัญชี / บริหารธุรกิจ / เศรษฐศาสตร์ / สาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารเงิน หรือ ด้านวิเคราะห์ธุรกิจและการลงทุน
• ผ่านการทำงานด้านค้าเงินในตลาดเงิน และ ตลาดทุน หรืองานพัฒนาตลาดเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี นับจากปีปัจจุบัน
• มีใบอนุญาตค้าหลักทรัพย์ / ตราสารหนี้
• มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และรอบรู้ในงานด้านตลาดเงินและตลาดทุน
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ ประสานงาน แก้ไขปัญหา และความเป็นผู้นำ
• มีทักษะการพูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษดี
• มีตรรกะในการประเมินสถานการณ์ กล้าตัดสินใจ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันในเวลาอันจำกัดได้ดี
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
