จากระบบ Links เมื่อคนงานหยิบของออกจากกล่องสินค้า คนงานจะย้าย Kanban ออกจากกล่องซึ่งจะมีคนนำใบ Kanban นี้ไปอ่านข้อมูลและส่งข้อมูลนี้ในรูปของคำสั่งซื้อไปให้ Supplier (ใบสั่งของ) หลังจากที่ Supplier ได้รับใบ Kanban แล้วก็จะทำการจัดเตรียมของตามคำสั่งใบ Kanban (ใบเบิกของ) เพื่อเตรียมส่งไปให้กับลูกค้า
