จากการให้นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงทำแบบสอบถามเรื่องปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการใช้บริการส่งอาหารระหว่าง grab food กับ Food panda พบว่าหลายๆคนตอบตรงกันว่าอยากให้มีโปรโมชั่นเสริม,ส่วนลด และสะสมแต้มจากร้านค้า มีนักศึกษาที่อยากได้สะสมแต้มจาก Food panda 45คนจาก71คน และอยากได้บริการเสริมเพิ่มของ food panda คือตั๋วเครื่องบิน 18คนจาก29คน และคำตอบแปลกๆที่ได้จากนักศึกษาคือ เสนอให้มีร้านอาหารฮาลาลในแอพพลิเคชั่นและเสนอให้มีการอบรมการขับขี่ให้คนขับส่งอาหาร
