9. การเชื่อมโยงและขับเคลื่อนเครือข่าย Social Business คณะทำงานฯ ได้กำหนดนโยบายดังนี้
1) มุ่งเน้นการคืนกำไรในรูปแบบการสร้างประโยชน์แก่สังคม
2) มีการขอรับการสนับสนุนด้านเงินทุนจากสถาบันการเงินต่างๆ โดยอาศัยการรวมกลุ่มเพื่อสร้างพลังในการขอรับเงินลงทุนในรูปแบบ Nano Finance จากสถาบันการเงิน
3) มีการร่วมกลุ่มหน่วยธุรกิจในชุมชนเพื่อยกระดับเป็นสหกรณ์ และวิสาหกิจชุมชนเพื่อรับสิทธิประโยชน์จากการเป็นเขตพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจพิเศษ
4) การเชื่อมโยงตลาดสหกรณ์ ตลาดท่องเที่ยว ตลาด OTOP และกลุ่มผู้บริโภค/ลูกค้า
ทั้งนี้ จะได้มีการประชุมร่วมกับสหกรณ์ต่างๆ ในจังหวัด และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2558 เพื่อให้การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจมีส่วนผลักดันและสนับสนุนสินค้า OTOP และสหกรณ์เศรษฐกิจ โดยการเชื่อมโยงสหกรณ์ อีกด้วยเป็นการเร่งงานให้ขับเคลื่อนทันต่อ รองรับการเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน Asean Economics Communit-AEC ที่มีศูนย์กลางที่นครแม่สอด เป็นประตูอาเซียน
