กรณีที่พนักงานในระดับหัวหน้างาน / ผู้ชำนาญการ / พนักงานทั่วไป ต้องเดินทางไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่ร่วมกัน บริษัทฯ กำหนดให้พนักงานพัก (เตียงคู่) ในห้องเดียวกัน ยกเว้นกรณีที่ชาย-หญิงที่ไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยกัน และค่าที่พักแรมจ่ายตามใบเสร็จรับเงินสำหรับค่าห้องหนี่งห้องเท่านั้น
