สมาชิกจะเข้ามาสอบถามจำนวนไมล์ที่ใช้ในการแลกรางวัลบัตรโดยสารที่ Royal Orchid Plus Lounge ก่อนที่จะทำการแลกรางวัลบัตรโดยสารที่ห้องจำหน่ายบัตรโดยสาร พนักงาน/เจ้าหน้าที่บริการลูกค้าจะทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูล ให้คำแนะนำในการแลกรางวัลดังกล่าว ซึ่งจำนวนไมล์ที่ใช้ในการแลกรางวัลบัตรโดยสารจะมีจำนวนไม่เท่ากันในแต่ละเส้นทางและลักษณะการเดินทางสามารถแยกออกได้ดังนี้ การแลกรางวัลบัตรโดยสารการบินไทยขาเดียว (One-Way) และการแลกรางวัลบัตรโดยสารการบินไทย ไป-กลับ (Round Trip)

Results (English) 1:
