Constructivists differ in how they describe human activity. In contrast to rationalists, who often speak of behaviour, constructivists often use the language of practices. Practices is the attempt to capture how things is done, to situate these ' doings ' within a social context. Adler and Pouliot define practices as ' socially meaningful patterns of action which, in being performed more or less competently ' serve to produce and reproduce, the Knowledge and Discourse (2011:4-5). Practices suggest that there is a proper way of doing something, as it exhibits enduring from knowledge routinized pattern a often community comes as a contained, invest meaning in it.
