1.เพื่อฝึกเยาวชนที่เป็นผู้นำชมรมทูบีนัมเบอร์วัน ในสถานศึกษา สามารถนำวิธีการ แนวทาง ไปปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตของตนเอง
2.เพื่อให้เยาวชนมีความภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง สามารถนำความรู้ของตนเองไปสอนต่อ และถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์ไปยังรุ่นน้อง
