พนักงานมีสิทธิลาได้โดยไม่ได้รับค่าจ้าง เพื่อการฝึกอบรม หรือพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถตามเงื่อนไขและกฎเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ในกฎกระทรวง โดยจะต้องยื่นหลักฐานแสดงการฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาโดยตรงเพื่อขออนุมัติจากประธานบริษัท หรือบุคคลผู้ได้รับมอบอำนาจให้กระทำการแทน บริษัทฯ พนักงานต้องยื่นใบลาล่วงหน้าไม่น้อยกว่า 15 วัน โดยบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาเป็นรายๆ ไป แต่ต้องไม่เกิน 30 วันต่อปี หรือ 3 ครั้งต่อปี
