วัตถุประสงในการทำ
เพื่อศึกษาหาตัวแปรที่มีผลกระทบต่อราคาข้าวในประเทศไทยและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่กระทบต่อราคาข้าวในประเทศไทย
ประโยชน์ที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
จากการศึกษาทำให้ทราบเกี่ยวกับการปรับขึ้นลงของราคาข้าว การใช้นโยบายของรัฐบาล และที่สำคัญรู้เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อราคาข้าวในประเทศไทย ซึ่งผลของการวิเคราะห์ออกมาแล้วสามารถที่จะนำไปใช้ให้เกินแก่บุคคลต่างๆได้อย่างหลากหลาย
1.ผู้ที่จะทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการส่งออกข้าว
2ผู้ที่จะศึกษาเอาเป็นฐานข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับราคาข้าวให้อนาคต
3.ผู้ที่จะออกนโยบายในการพัฒนาการส่งออก

ขอบเขตในการศึกษา
ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้จะใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิมาใช้ในการศึกษา ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลทางสถิติที่ได้มาจาก Rice Department Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Thai Rice Exporters Association, Office of Agricultural Economics , United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations หรือ FAO และข้อมูลแบบอนุกรมที่เป็นแบบย้อนเวลาตั้งแต่ปี 2009ถึง 2013
