กรณีพนักงานถูกกล่าวหาว่ากระทำความผิ

กรณีพนักงานถูกกล่าวหาว่ากระทำความผิด บริษัทฯ จะทำการสอบสวนพนักงานซึ่งถูกกล่าวหาว่ากระทำความผิดและได้พิจารณาแล้วเห็นว่าจำเป็นต้องพักงานพนักงานผู้นั้นในระหว่างการสอบสวน (ทั้งนี้ไม่เกิน 7 วัน) โดยในระหว่างพักงานนี้ พนักงานจะได้รับค่าจ้างในอัตราร้อยละ 50 ของค่าจ้างที่พนักงานได้รับก่อนถูกพักงาน และเมื่อผลการสอบสวนปรากฏว่า พนักงานไม่มีความผิด บริษัทฯ จะจ่ายค่าจ้างในส่วนที่เหลือให้กับพนักงานให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย พร้อมด้วยดอกเบี้ยร้อยละ 15 ต่อปี
