๒.๑.๐ คู่สัญญาต้องรับจ่ายเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร เว้นแต่การรับจ่ายเงินแต่ล่ะครั้ง ซึ่งมีมูลค่าไม่เกิน สามหมื่นบาท คู่สัญญาอาจรับจ่ายเงินสดก็ได้
๒.๑.๑ กำหนดยืนราคาไม่น้อยกว่า ๑๒๐ วัน นับตั้งแต่วันยื่นซองเสนอราคา
