(1) การลงรายการในรายงานภาษีขายของผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนที่ขายสินค้าหรือให้บริการซึ่งได้ออกใบกำกับภาษีตามข้อ 5 จะต้องลงรายการภายในสามวันทำการนับแต่วันที่ระบุไว้ในใบกำกับภาษี สำหรับการคำนวณมูลค่าของสินค้าหรือของบริการในรายงานภาษีขายให้ถือมูลค่าของสินค้าหรือของบริการซึ่งได้คำนวณเป็นหน่วยเงินตราไทยตามใบกำกับภาษี
