ด้วยทำเลของโครงการที่มีศักยภาพมาก สามารถเป็นแลนด์มาร์กของกรุงเทพฯ เลยก็ว่าได้ เราจึงอยากให้โครงการสะท้อนถึงความเป็นไทย เพราะฉะนั้นอาคารที่กำลังจะสร้างนี้จึงเน้นความกลมกลืนกับพื้นที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและชุมชนโดยรวมมากเป็นพิเศษ โดยสิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมบอกกับผู้ออกแบบ คือถ้าโครงการเสร็จ ผมอยากให้คนถ่ายรูปโครงการของเราไปแล้วนึกถึงกรุงเทพฯ ขณะเดียวกันเราก็อยากจะเข้าไปเพิ่มศักยภาพพื้นที่ข้างเคียงให้เป็นจุดศูนย์กลางอีกแห่งหนึ่งของกรุงเทพฯ เพราะผมเชื่อว่าภายใน 4 - 5 ปีต่อจากนี้ จะเกิดกิจกรรมต่างๆ อีกมากมายซึ่งมีแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาเป็นแกนกลาง

Meanwhile, we would like to increase the space adjacent to the center of one of Bangkok. Because I believe that within 4-5 years from now will be different activities.
