ฝ่ายงานที่ฉันทำงานอยู่จัดงานpartyปีใหม่ตอนปลายเดือนธค.ที่ผ่านมา และฝ่ายงานกำหนดให้ทุกแผนกส่งการแสดงในงาน 1 ชุด มีงบค่าเสื้อผ้าให้ด้วย และถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการวัดผลการให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงาน แผนกงานของฉันคิดกันว่าจะส่งการแสดงเป็นการเต้นประกอบเพลงเมดเลย์ มีคนเต้นสัก 5-6 คน ก็ได้ข้อสรุปว่าฉันและเพื่อนๆสาวอีก 5คน รับภาระหน้าที่การแสดงนี้ไป

ฉันไม่เคยเต้นแสดงบนเวทีที่ไหนเพื่อให้คนดูเป็นร้อย มาก่อนเลยในชีวิต เคยเต้นรำบ้างก็เฉพาะเวลาไปเที่ยวกับเพื่อนๆ เพื่อนๆสาวอีก 5 คนก็เช่นเดียวกัน บางคนไม่เคยเที่ยวเต้นรำด้วยซ้ำ!! แต่เมื่อได้รับมอบหมายมาแล้ว ฉันจะพยายามกันเต็มที่และทำให้ดีที่สุด เราจึงแบ่งหน้าที่กัน คนหนึ่งเลือกเพลงที่จะเต้นนำมาทำเมดเลย์(ฉันเอง) คนหนึ่งหาชุดเต้นสำหรับทีม คนหนึ่งที่ชอบการเต้นรำมากกว่าทุกคนก็หาข้อมูลและคิดท่าเต้นสำหรับทีม คนนหนึ่งจัดหาสถานที่ซ้อม พวกเรามีเวลาประมาณ 3 เดิอน ตกลงกันว่าจะซ้อมกันทุกวันหลังทานอาหารเที่ยง และ 1 เดือนก่อนวันงานจะเพิ่มซ้อมตอนเย็นหลังเลิกงานด้วย และพวกเราตกลงเรียกทีมพวกเราว่า ทีม DD Dance
ตอนเริ่มแรก ฉันบอกตรงๆว่า ฉันคิดว่าคงไปไม่รอดแน่ๆ เพราะพวกเราเต้นไม่เข้ากันเลย ทั้งไม่เข้ากับเพลง ท่าเต้นไม่ลงตัว เต้นไม่พร้อมกัน บางคนจำท่าเต้นไม่ได้สักทีทำเพื่อนๆรวนไปหมด และงานในหน้าที่โดยตรงของพวกเราช่วงสิ้นปีก็เยอะมาก ยุ่งมาก พอทานข้าวแล้วแทนที่จะได้พักก่อนเริ่มงานช่วงบ่ายกลับต้องมาซ้อมเต้นอีก ซ้อมเสร็จก็ต้องรีบไปทำงานต่อ ทำให้หลายคนหงุดหงิด ทำท่าจะถอนตัว เริ่มมีใช้โทนเสียงที่ไม่ดีพูดกับเพื่อนๆ แต่เพราะเมื่อเป็นภาระที่ได้รับมอบหมายในนามแผนกงาน ทำให้เราไม่สามารถยกเลิก ได้ ทางอ้อม ทีมจึงคุยกันว่า เราจะพยายามทำให้เต็มที่ ได้แค่ไหนก็แค่นั้น แต่จะไม่ถอนตัว
แต่หลังจากพวกเราอดทนซ้อมกันได้เดือนหนึ่งผ่านไป ทุกอย่างเริ่มดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เมื่ออะไรๆดีขึ้น ความเคร่งเครียดความกดดันก็ลดน้อยลง เวลาซ้อมเต้นหลังเลิกงานกลายเป้นเวลาที่พวกเรารอคอย หลายคนรีบทานข้าวจะได้มีถึงที่ซ้อมเร็วๆ พวกเราเริ่มมีเสียงหัวเราะ มีพูดจากแหย่กัน รู้สึกสนิทสมกันมากขึ้น ความสนุกสนานเริ่มมีมากขึ้นเพราะทีมเริ่มมองเห็นว่า พวกเราก็พอทำได้นนี่นา พอสองเดือนผ่านไปทุกอย่างก็ลงตัว เพลงลงตัว ชุดที่เลือกลงตัว ความพร้อมเพรียงในการเต้นมากขึ้นกว่าเดิม แต่ที่สำคัญทุกวันที่ได้มาซ้อม พวกเราในทีมมีความสนุกสนานและมีแต่เสียงหัวเราะ

สุดท้ายฉันคิดว่าเป็นสิ่งที่ดีในชีวิต เป็นโอกาสดีที่เราจะได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆถ้าใจเราเปิดกว้างพอ และเมื่อได้รับมอบหมายสิ่งใดแล้ว ความรับผิดชอบ ความตั้งใจความพยายาม การเรียนรู้ฝึกฝน ความอดทนเพื่อฟันฝ่าอุปสรรค จะช่วยให้เราทำภาระกิจนั้น หน้าที่นั้นได้สำเร็จในที่สุด และหากภาระกิจนั้นไม่ได้มีเราคนเดียวที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ความสามัคคี การทำงานเป็นทีม ความรักระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงาน จะทำให้ทีมประสบความสำเร็จได้ไม่ยากเลย
