จากการศึกษาสาเหตุความเป็นมาดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยมีความสนใจทำการศึกษาเรื่องหลักเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของพนักงานกองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ในด้านวิศวกรรม ด้านการศึกษา และด้านการออกกฎข้อบังคับ เพื่อหาแนวทาง ในการเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของพนักงานในการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อสงวนรักษาบุคลากรที่มีคุณค่า ขององค์กร ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในด้านการรักษาพยาบาล สร้างขวัญกำลังใจ แรงจูงใจ และเพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของพนักงานซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยานต่อไป

1.2 วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา
1.2.1 เพื่อศึกษาหลักเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยของพนักงานกองซ่อมใหญ่ (อากาศยานที่ 2) ฝ่ายช่าง บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)
