(5) บริษัท ง จำกัด ประกอบกิจการโรงแรมและภัตตาคาร ได้รับชำระราคาค่าบริการในวันศุกร์ที่ 29 เมษายน 2548 เวลาประมาณ 11.00 น. บริษัท ง จำกัด มีสิทธิใช้อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนในการออกใบกำกับภาษี ดังนี้

(5/2) ใช้อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราตามอัตราอ้างอิงประจำวัน (อัตราซื้อถัวเฉลี่ยซึ่งอาจจะเป็น SIGH หรือ T/T ก็ได้) ที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยประกาศไว้ ณ วันศุกร์ที่ 29 เมษายน 2548 ซึ่งเป็นอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนถัวเฉลี่ยของเงินสกุลต่าง ๆ ณ สิ้นวันทำการประจำวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 28 เมษายน 2548
