• พนักงานมารับรถในวันรุ่งขึ้นแล้วออกเดินทางจาก Office เวลา 06.00 น.
ภาคเหนือ อีสาน ใต้ รถออกภายในเวลา 24.00 น.

• เมื่อลูกค้าตรวจเช็คสินค้าเสร็จแล้วก็จะเซ็นต์รับสินค้าในเอกสาร AWB ของขนส่ง ตัวบรรจง พร้อมลงวัน เวลา ที่รับด้วย
• การให้บริการของพนักงาน NNP ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพเรียบร้อย
• กรณีมีปัญหาเรื่องการจัดส่งพนักงานจะต้องแจ้งกลับคืน Office NNP ทุกครั้ง
ขั้นตอนการส่งเอกสารคืน
• พนักงานนำเอกสารที่ส่งเสร็จแล้วมาที่ Office
• พนักงานคีย์ Report ส่งคืนเอกสาร
• กรณีมีสินค้ารับกลับ ทาง NNP ออกเอกสาร AWB รับกลับเพื่อให้มีเอกสารหลักฐานการรับ-ส่งอย่างถูกต้อง
