งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจลาออกของพนักงานในธุรกิจค้าปลีก กรณีศึกษา : พนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา จำนวน 460 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคาระห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) คำนวณหาความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน (Inferential Statistics) เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอย (Regression Analysis)
ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจลาออกของพนักงาน BU บริษัท สรรพสินค้าเซ็นทรัล จำกัด สาขารามอินทรา ด้านความพึงพอใจซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านโอกาสความก้าวหน้า ด้านความมั่นคงในงาน ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน และด้านการพัฒนาความสามารถของบุคคลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการตัดสินใจลาออกจากงาน ด้านความผูกพันต่อองค์กรซึ่งได้แก่ ด้านจิตใจ ด้านการคงอยู่กับองค์กร ด้านความผูกพันต่อหน้าที่มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการตัดสินใจลาออกจากงาน
