การดำเนินงานโครงการฯ เน้นกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบ Action Learning คือ ให้ผู้เรียนได้มีส่วนร่วม และลงมือปฏิบัติให้เกิดการพัฒนา การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การฟังบรรยาย และทำกรณีศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนความแนวคิดต่างๆ และการเยี่ยมชมสถานประกอบการที่มีระบบบริหารงานทรัพยากรบุคคลที่สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการสร้างความสุขให้กับพนักงาน ดังนี้ โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์, บริษัท ฟิวเจอร์ เทค เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด, ร้านขนมบ้านนัทวรรณ, โรงแรม เลอเมอริเดียน ภูเก็ต บีช รีสอร์ท, บริษัท ไออาร์พีซี จำกัด (จ.ระยอง), บริษัท ชวี่ เฉวียน ฟูดส์ จำกัด และบริษัท สแปนชั่น ไทยแลนด์ จำกัด โดยองค์กรต้นแบบที่กล่าวมานี้ ได้นำ Happy Workplace 8 ไปปรับใช้ในองค์กร ซึ่งทำให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดันให้องค์กรไปสู่ความสำเร็จ
