๓.๖ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเสนอเอกสารหลักฐานตามข้อ ๓.๑ ให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้องคณะกรรมการ ฯ จึงจะรับพิจราณา ทั้งนี้ จะผ่อนปรนให้ดำเนินการชี้แจง หรือแสดงหลักฐานให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนภายใน ๓ วัน ทำการ นับตั้งแต่วันเสนอราคา เฉพาะเอกสารหลักฐาน ตามข้อ ๓.๑.๓,๓๑๔,๓๑๕,๒.๑.๗ และ ๓.๔ หรือกรณีอื่นที่เห็นว่าเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทางราชการอย่างยิ่งเท่านั้น
