ในความคิดของฉัน คือคนที่ยืนอยู่หลัง Front Desk ครับ หน้าที่หลักๆก็คือ Check-in, Check-Out คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือแขกด้านต่างๆ ให้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร แลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ รับโทรศัพท์ บางโรงแรมก็ต้องไปส่งแขกที่ห้องหลังจากที่ check-in แล้ว และคอยแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆในห้อง แต่ละกะหน้าที่ก็เหมือนๆกัน เพียงแต่มีปริมาณไม่เท่ากัน เช่น เช้าก็จะ check-out มากหน่อย บ่ายก็ต้อง check-in มากหน่อย ส่วนรอบดึกก็จะดู check-in, out ที่เหลือ เตรียม Report ของวันรุ่งขึ้น เก็บบิล หรือแขก No show และโอกาสโตในสายอาชีพมีมากกว่าเพราะมีทักษะในด้านต่างๆมากกว่าGRO สามารถโตเป็น suppervisor, duty manager, assist, Front Office Manager etc.
