ฐานผล ข้อคิดเห็นหลักที่เราได้รับจากลูกค้าซึ่งต้องปรับปรุง คือ เมนูใหม่ประจำเดือนและรสชาติของอาหาร ร้านของเรามีพื้นที่จำกัดและเป็นครัวเปิดที่สามารถให้ลูกค้ามองเห็นได้จึงจำเป็นอย่างมากในการรักษาความสะอาด ดังนั้นมีเพียงกระบวนการปรุงอาหารง่ายหรืออาหารที่สามารถเตรียมได้จำนวนเยอะๆ แต่เรายังสามารถสร้างเมนูใหม่ได้เพราะร้านเรามีบุคคลมาจากหลากหลายภูมิภาคในประเทศไทยและสามารถที่จะนำส่วนผสมบางอย่างมาใช้ได้แทน เราจึงเลือกที่จะมีเมนูอาหารพิเศษประจำเดือนซึ่งจะเปลรายนในทุกๆเดือนเพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้ริมลองอาหารรสชาติต่างๆ ดังนั้นจึงจำเป็นที่เราจะต้องคิดเมนูใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอจึงทำให้นั้นเป็นปัญหาของเรา
