9.1 การให้บริการ หรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของการให้บริการภายใต้ สัญญาบริการฉบับนี้เกิดขัดข้องขึ้นไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดๆ ผู้ให้บริการตกลงที่ดำเนินการซ่อมแซมและทำให้การบริการดังกล่าวกลับคืนสู่สภาพดีเช่นเดิมโดยเร็วโดยผู้รับบริการจะไม่ถือเอาการขัดข้องของการให้บริการดังกล่าว เป็นเหตุในการบอกเลิกสัญญาหรือเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใด ๆ จากผู้ให้บริการรวมทั้งพนักงานและตัวแทนของผู้ให้บริการทั้งสิ้น
