บัญชีเครื่องจักรที่จะขอนำเข้าโดยใช้สิทธิประโยชน์การยกเว้นหรือลดหย่อนอากรขาเข้าเครื่องจักรตามมาตรา 28 และ 29 แบ่งออกเป็น 3 บัญชี ดังนี้

บัญชีเครื่องจักรทั่วไป
หมายถึง บัญชีเครื่องจักรที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในการผลิต เช่น เครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิตตามกระบวนการที่ได้รับการส่งเสริม อุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ เครื่องวัด เครื่องตรวจสอบและเครื่องใช้ โครงโรงงานสำเร็จรูป เป็นต้น โดยแบ่งออกเป็น

1.1 ชื่อหลัก
หมายถึง ชื่อเครื่องจักรในบัญชีเครื่องจักรทั่วไป
1.2 ชื่อรอง
หมายถึง ชื่อเครื่องจักรในบัญชีเครื่องจักรทั่วไป ที่ปรากฎในใบขนสินค้าเพื่อใช้ในการเดินพิธีกาทางศุลกากร


บัญชีอะไหล่
หมายถึง บัญชีอะไหล่ที่นำเข้ามาทดทนส่วนที่เสียหายของเครื่องจักรทั่วไป รวมถึงส่วนควบและอุปกรณ์เสริม

บัญชีแม่พิมพ์
