Would you please let us know if you'd be to request for the snow tires so that we can check the availability and arrange it for you? Please Note that the number of snow tire is very limited so-is a possibility that we might not able to meet your request. Therefore, if you would like to have a snow chain, the only thing that we can suggest for you is to prepare it or buy it at Car accessory shop by yourself. We are sorry for not being able to fulfill your request.

Remarks: ・ Please Note that we can't rent you a car if you do not have a valid driving license or permit as below. You are a need to check the permit stamp in the classification column to confirm that the applicant is qualified to drive the rental car. * A driver's license issued by public safety commissions in Japan. * An International Driving permit issued under the ordinances of the Geneva Convention on Road Safety of 1949 with Passport. * An International Driving permit issued in Hong Kong or Macau with Passport. * German, French, Swiss, Belgian, Slovenian, Estonian and Monegasque driver's license with Passport and the Japanese translation form, which is issued by the Japanese Embassy, Consulate, or JAF. * Taiwanese driver's license with Passport and the Japanese translation form, which is issued by JAF, or Association of East Asian Relations. To make a reservation, please let us know the information as follows; Pick up/return date and time Pick up/return locations Car type Number of Passengers (We ask the age of a child under 6 years old for deciding Child Safety Seat type) Other options (Child safety seat, ETC card, Snow Tires or chains, 4WD, etc.) Flight Number (if you Pick up a Car at airport branch) Type of driver's license or permit/ HV / P / SP/ W / SUV classes and V3 class are equipped with car navigation system that is in Japanese. English car navigation system is available for some car models and the request is required by telephone.
・ If you return a car to another rental location, a one-way charge may be charged.
・ The Japanese traffic regulation requires a child safety seat for a child under the age of six.
・ You need to pay by credit card if you rent HV3, HV4, SP1, P4, P5, SUV3 and Premium class.
・ If you have Visa, American Express, JCB, or Diners, you enjoy 5% discount from the time charge except HV1, SP1, P0, P1, W1, V0, T0 and T1 class. You need to present a relevant card for discount at the rental agency, and the card must be in the bearer's name and that person must be the driver or a passenger in the vehicle at all times.
・ Time charge includes insurance which covers certain amount of accident fee excludes CDW and NOC.
・ If you take Exclusion of Liability Compensation System, also known as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), certain deductible amounts will be waived in case of an accident, provided the accident does not fall under the category specifically mentioned for exemption in the insurance policy. This option is valid only if selected at the time of rental.
・ We ask you to pay maximum 50,000yen as business compensation (NOC) for vehicle repair duration due to car accident, stealing, breakdown, defacement, etc.
・ TOYOTA Rent a Car Double Protection Package is a new package combining the exclusion of liability compensation system and exemption from Non Operation Charge (NOC) payment. You may add this option for JPY 540 (tax included) / 24 hours to the Exclusion of Liability Compensation System.
In addition, compensation for repair costs to damaged tires and lost hubcaps is included.
